Narail Express Foundation Founded by a Group of patriotic People in Narail led by Bangladesh National Cricket team captain Mashrafe Bin Mortaza in 2017, this foundation officially started its journey by organizing a historical Marathon name RUN FOR NARAIL on the 4th september 2017, on that day Narail Express Foundation name was announced and Mashrafe Bin Mortaza nominated as the Chairman and Tarikul Islam Anik  nominated as a General Secretary of the foundation. From that day every year people of Narail celebrate 4th September as the historic movement day of Narail because on that day Mashrafe announced that Narail will be one of the best livable place to live in for our next generation. Also announced 10 targeted developing sectors to focused more to achieve the goal. Ten sectors includes 1. Health Care system Development 2. Implementation of Quality and specialized education system with attending focus on developing moral education 3. Develop Narail as the Environment friendly pollution free District  4. Total Sports development and build Narail as the Sports Capital of the Country 5. Cultural Sector Development and making Narail as the cultural hub of Bangladesh 6. By creating employment opportunity and facilitating young entrepreneurs make Narail unemployment free District. 7. Ensuring Human Rights up to the mark and social welfare activities 8. Proper Digital technology implementation on the basis of ROI and buildup infrastructure facility to promote young generation to buildup their career on ICT 9. Develop Narail as the attractive eco-frindly River based tourist destination of the country 10. Helping farmers and Modernization the Agricultural sector of narail.

Mashrafe Bin Mortaza is a Bangladeshi international cricketer and politician who is the former captain in all three formats of the game for the Bangladesh national cricket team and member of the parliament Jatiya Sangsad from Narail-2.

He was ranked as one of the world’s most famous athletes by ESPN WORLD FAME 100 in 2019.He became only the fifth bowler in the history to take 100 ODI wickets as a captain.He is the most successful captain of Bangladesh in ODI and T20I. He is also considered as the best captain of Bangladesh in ODI and T20I. He is the first pace bowler in the Bangladesh cricket history who bowled the quickest delivery clocking 148 km/h during a Test against New Zealand at Hamilton in 2001. He broke into the national side in late 2001 against Zimbabwe and represented Bangladesh before having played a single first-class match. Mortaza captained his country in one Test and seven One Day Internationals (ODIs) between 2009 and 2010, however injury meant he was in and out of the side and Shakib Al Hasan was appointed captain in Mortaza’s absence. Mortaza used to be considered one of the fastest bowlers produced by Bangladesh, previously bowling in the mid-145s-148s km/h in the 2000s, and regularly opens the bowling. He is a useful lower-middle order batsman, with a first-class century and three Test half centuries to his name. Mortaza’s career has been hampered by fifteen injuries and he has undergone a total of ten operations on his knees and ankles.
